Working History

2020 - 2022
Jordan Albaladejo opened his first business "Coastal Computers", in the rural far south coast of Eden NSW.
At the time, Coastal Computers, was the only computer repair shop within 20km of Eden, the closest being in the next town.
It was a humble break-fix repair service, but it laid the groundwork for what would eventually become Ingest services.

2022 - 2023
As time went on, Jordan Albaladejo became more exposed to supporting small businesses in the area and started to develop his skills, offering "Ingest services" under the business Coastal Computers, for his business clients.

The service offering had the name Ingest services, as it denoted, "ingesting" business systems as a service, from IT to security.

Each letter also served as an acronym:
I - IT management
N - Networking
G - Gaining Knowledge
E - Engaging Security
S - Systems Maintenance
T - Three, two, one backup.
In roughly 2022, Jordan's business Coastal Computers, underwent a entire rebrand and began trading under the name "Ingest services" for the first time. Focusing exclusively on business managed services.

By 2023, this progressed into furthering into the niche of cyber security managed services for businesses. Having achieved a gold partner status with Acronis, while leveraging their Cyber Protect offering. As well as becoming a Microsoft Partner.

Throughout this time, Jordan was able to self-learn and achieve various security vendor specific certifications, amassing over 30 at one time.

Most notably achieving the eLearnSecurity Network Defense Professional certification, with a submitted 75 page report, and achieving top 1% on TryHackMe in 1 month and a week (since scaled to 3%) all while running a business.

2023 - 2025
Jordan Albaladejo reached a hard point in business, where he was finding it difficult to market and sell his managed cyber security solutions to his rural small business audience.

In efforts to continue growing and developing and making his knowledge and skills utilized, he made the decision to close his business and work for a private company in Brisbane.

During this time Jordan was exposed to a lot more nuanced IT infrastructure, security controls and most notable building and managing a Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) stack.
While working, Jordan developed a site left over from Ingest services, which was to act as a free resource for other budding IT and Cyber Security enthusiasts alike himself. He called this "BlueFolder.ZIP" as it was a compressed format of what he had been exposed to within blue team (defensive) cybersecurity and IT management.
This resource however also includes multiple other cyber security domains;

-
Blue-Sec
-
OP-Sec
-
Purple-Sec
-
Red-Sec
-
Off-Sec
-
GRC
-
DFIR
-
OSINT
-
Dark Web
-
Break-Fix

Jordan further developed the reach of BlueFolder.ZIP, picking back up his defunct YouTube channel and giving it new life, with a rename as BlueFolder.ZIP and creating more informational guided content, this time on Microsoft 365, to help aid other IT professionals.

2025 - Present
At the age of 26 and now with a lot more experience and exposure under his belt, Jordan decided to return to his business, but not in the same way.

Being exposed to Managed Services within IT, Jordan made the decision that he is not great at this, and definitely not one to tackle this without a good team. However, he knows his way around break-fix and computer repairs.

So, first, Jordan decides to open the business as a break-fix remote service for his locals. Going on-site to repair and support home-users.

Yet this again expands quickly as in the past, and he finds himself helping a small business with an email migration and setting up their Microsoft 365 tenant. This is where he is within his element, having worked 12+ months in setting up, managing and securing other Microsoft tenants in his other work, not to mention having created content on his YouTube channel specific to this very thing.

As he sees a demand in this area and his skillset and passion for understanding, implementing and securing businesses through a tool familiar to himself, namely Microsoft 365.

Jordan again undergoes his final (for now) re-configuration to focus solely on implementation and consultation within Microsoft 365 for Cyber Security for his Australian counterparts, the SMB and SME's.

Additionally, this works well with Jordan's prior engagements, as with this model, he does not have to work as an Managed Service Provider or compete with them, instead he can work harmoniously with them or internal IT teams on a project base.

Jordan's passion and expertise for cyber security, understanding of proper implementation and breadth of knowledge across various IT environments makes him skilled at what he does and drives his passion to further develop and learn to achieve mastery.

This is where we pick up for today's present. Jordan Albaladejo is the Owner Operator of Ingest services, a Microsoft 365 Specialist Implementation and Consultation service for the SMB or SME, with the ability to work alongside existing MSPs or internal IT teams, to help foster better security and compliance posture within Australia.
