Our Background
Every website has a story and behind every computer system is a person making it all work. For Ingest Services, that person is Jordan Albaladejo.

Jordan’s journey in IT began at just 15 years old building computers with friends, since then he launched his first business at 21 during the 2020 pandemic: Coastal Computers. It was a humble break-fix repair service, but it laid the groundwork for what would eventually become Ingest Services.
​
Despite the quirky name (don’t worry—we don’t actually eat computers!), Ingest is an acronym born from a creative acrostic poem:
I - Introduce Management
N - Networking
G - Gain Knowledge
E - Engaging Security
S - Systems Maintenance
T - Three, Two, One (Data Backup)
Okay, maybe it didn’t catch on right away, but it stuck!

Since then Jordan thought he would close this business and go on to working in a team environment. Having now worked across the private sector, including roles at a national NFP, an MSSP, and most recently an MSP. With each experience, he gained valuable insights that now fuel the evolution of Ingest services, re-opening in 2025.
