What, Why and How?
Ingest services will cease trading from 26 March 2026 until further notice.

We would like to sincerely thank you for the opportunity to have worked with many of you and to have collaborated in whatever capacity that may have been.
​
It has been a pleasure to have been involved in both small and large projects, whether upgrading, managing, or maintaining technology and security solutions.
​
The decision to cease trading is due to Jordan Albaladejo's (Owner Operator) acceptance of a full-time role as a Security Engineer with a mining company based in Brisbane, QLD.
​
Jordan is always seeking new challenges where his skills can be stretched and applied effectively, and this opportunity has presented itself at a time that supports both professional growth and increased technical challenge for himself.
​
Jordan prides himself not in business, but in a desire to search out the next technical challenge and seek for the best solutions. Having recently stated the following to someone when asked about how the business was going:

"My focus has been on and continues to be on the work, with a priority in seeking solid excuses for creating artful security and system solutions to complex problems.
I've been fortunate enough to have recently taken a SMB from a lower security posture to higher than that of the market median for their sector and size, for me this is the real metric I am interested in.
​
In essence, I don't care for the business aspect, but wanted to create a space to do what I do best. Should another opportunity arise that provides this, I'll take it.
​
But in the meantime, I am able to complete contract work as a Security Engineer within scoped engagements with my clients."

While Ingest services will no longer be trading, this is not a farewell, as the professional relationships built over time are invaluable and hoped to maintain ongoing connections and contacts wherever possible.
​
However, unfortunately will no longer be available for professional service/s or product/s.
​

Should you require renewal of any ESET products, please visit ESET’s Australian website to purchase licences directly upon expiry of your current licence:

Please note that licence ownership and management will transition to a self-service model.
​
